We do not accept checks, or money orders.

You are not required to have a FLOSSY BOX account to purchase on our shop.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received.
In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be
e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped.
SHIPPING
FLOSSY BOX ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-3 workings days and shipped from Greece. Allow us to rest on weekends and public holidays. Keep in mind that during busy periods, such as sales, order processing may take longer. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders within Greece are shipped with Damianos Courier.

International
International orders are shipped with DHL Express. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. In the case of DHL, delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, DHL will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery.
